Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Flawlessly Vibrant for your wellness needs! As part of our service agreement, we ask that you complete our consultation form accurately and truthfully prior to your first visit. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. Please keep in mind that to avoid losing your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
